- dash of black pepper
- lemon or honey (optional)

- Bring 4 cups of almond milk to a boil
- Add turmeric powder, ginger, cinnamon, and pepper and simmer for 10 minutes
- Strain in a mug using a cheesecloth or mesh strainer or even a coffee filter
- Add lemon/ honey or agave nectar to sweeten it up
- Save the remaining tea in the fridge to drink later
